Exchange API responding normally
This page reports the operational state of the components that keep Kronos AI Trader running: the execution engine, exchange connectivity, the scheduling layer that triggers periodic analysis, the database and the notification pipeline. Status is derived from live health checks rather than from a manually edited page, so the indicators reflect what the infrastructure is actually reporting.
Degraded exchange connectivity is the most common source of disruption and is usually external: venues apply rate limits, maintenance windows and regional restrictions that temporarily prevent order placement or market data retrieval. When that happens the engine stops opening new positions instead of retrying blindly, and existing protective orders remain on the exchange where they were originally placed.
Incidents are recorded with the time of detection, the affected component, the observed impact on trading activity and the resolution. Where an incident could have affected order execution, the affected accounts are reconciled against exchange records so that reported balances, positions and profit-and-loss figures match the venue rather than the internal cache.
If the platform appears unavailable while this page reports normal operation, the problem is typically local: a stale browser cache, a network filter or an expired session. Reloading the application and signing in again resolves most of those cases; if it does not, contact support with the approximate time in UTC and the page you were using.
