This page is the entry point for commercial, partnership and technical conversations about Kronos AI Trader. Kronos AI is an automated trading platform that connects to supported exchanges through read-and-trade API keys, evaluates market conditions with quantitative models and executes orders under strict, pre-declared risk rules. Every request sent from this form is answered by the same team that operates the execution infrastructure, so answers reference the actual behaviour of the system rather than generic marketing material.
Use the form for onboarding questions, exchange connectivity issues, billing and subscription changes, institutional or volume enquiries, security disclosures and data requests under applicable privacy law. When the message concerns a specific trade or account behaviour, include the trading pair, the approximate timestamp in UTC and the exchange involved. That information lets the team reconcile the event against execution logs, audit records and the risk decisions taken at that moment, which shortens the investigation considerably.
Kronos AI never asks for exchange withdrawal permissions, account passwords, seed phrases or two-factor codes. API credentials are stored encrypted and are only used to read balances and place orders on the account that authorised them. Any message requesting those secrets did not originate from the Kronos AI team and should be reported through this page.
Trading digital assets with leverage carries substantial risk of loss. Kronos AI does not provide investment advice, does not guarantee returns and does not take custody of client funds; capital remains on the exchange account owned by the user at all times. Support responses describe how the platform works and how it behaved in a given situation, not whether a particular position should be opened or closed.
