Kronos AI Trader is an AI-assisted trading platform that provides:

• Automated market analysis using artificial intelligence
• Trading signals and decision-support recommendations
• Autonomous trade execution under user-defined constraints
• Risk management tools and position monitoring
• Integration with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges

Important Clarification: Kronos AI Trader does not provide financial advice. All trading decisions are made by AI algorithms based on technical analysis, and users are solely responsible for configuring their trading parameters and understanding the associated risks.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate API keys with appropriate permissions (read-only and trading only; no withdrawal access)
• Configure trading parameters within your personal risk tolerance
• Monitor your trading activity regularly
• Maintain sufficient funds in your exchange account to cover trading activities
• Understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR AI TRADING SYSTEM
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading practices
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system integrity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Kronos AI Trader or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service will cease immediately
• All open automated trading will be disabled
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to participate in non-binding mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules
